5/16 - 3/8 Ratchet Load Binder

For use with 5/16" or 3/8" Grade 70 Transport Chain. The handle is 13 1/2" long and hook to hook length is 22 1/2" when closed. It has a 5,400 working load limit (stamped on the handle). Ratcheting chain load binders are heat treated and proof tested with forged heat treated hooks These load binders are HD Commercial Grade Chain Binders. Meets All DOT/CVSA/CHP requirements
