5/16 - 3/8 Ratchet Load Binder

For use with 5/16" or 3/8" Grade 70 Transport Chain. The handle is 13 1/2" long and hook to hook length is 22 1/2" when closed. Ratcheting chain load binders are heat treated and proof tested with forged heat treated hooks These load binders are HD Commercial Grade Chain Binders. It has a 5,400 working load limit (stamped on the handle). Meets All DOT/CVSA/CHP requirements
